Peter Robinson as the CEO of the David Suzuki Foundation brings a diverse background spanning four decades in business, government and the not-for-profit sectors.
He began his career working as a park ranger in wilderness areas throughout British Columbia, where he was decorated for bravery by the Governor General of Canada. After his park career, he worked at BC Housing, a provincial crown corporation, eventually becoming their CEO.

Graham Fuller's new book A World Without Islam was released in Canada August 11, 2010. "When you come to look closely at the sources of conflict…almost none of these have anything to do with religion and everything to do with international politics, oil, colonialism and imperialism" says Fuller. The Forum will be hosting Graham in a presentation/conversation on this must-read book, at the Whistler Public Library, Thursday September 9 at 7:30.

The Whistler Forum has planned Harmony Tour II following on the success of a educational tour of China two years ago. This September 11 to 18 is a full week in one of the most vibrant cities in the world. We will also host a Forum at the Canada Pavilion at the Expo on September.
We will also travel to Kunming in Yunnan province to overnight before spending three days in Shangri- la with the Yunnan Mountain Heritage Foundation and the WWF's Sustainability Institute.

CHRISTMAS AND OBAMAA THEORY OF CHANGE WE CAN BELIEVE IN I hope this finds you well at this festive time and the changing of the year. With a few days break from the news of recent months, for me it is also a time of reflection on where in the world we, and the world, are going.
