Purpose: | To strengthen community dialogue and leadership for positive change locally and globally. | ||||

Deliverables: | 1. Identifying and implementing options for public involvement and deliberation 3. Expanding the network of community leadership resources and 4. Convening forums for informed citizens and leaders to address difficult choices | ||||
Short Term Strategic Vision/Goal | 1. To strengthen the leadership of the Forum - Building the capacity of the Board, Council of Advisors, members/donors, President/contract assistants. 3. To double annual revenues to $300,000 4. Build the foundation for major capital campaign. | ||||
Key Initiatives: | 1. Furthering dialogue, facilitation and deliberation expertise and program offerings | 2. Expanding network for community leadership resources and certification | 3. Developing strategic alliances with groups/centres in S2S, North America, and Asia Pacific | 4. Building funding base with members/donors, foundation grants, business sponsors, social enterprises and events | 5. Finding venues for the Forum’s administrative, program and convening needs |
