After the Elections: Canada in a Grave New World Thanks to new Forum Council of Advisors Chair Graham Fuller,   we are presenting five Roundtable dialogues on "After the Elections - Canada in a Changing and Multipolar World"  with special guests Paul Heinbecker from Centre for International Governance Innovation  and Shauna Sylvester from Canada's World.   November 9 to 11.
